Initial Consultation

Once your application is submitted we will set up a free 30 minute consultation call to go over coaching and your goals.
Client Intake Form

The client intake form is a detailed health history questionnaire that will allow me to get to know you more. It offers insight around your goals and how I can create the best customized program for you.
Onboarding Week

Your first week of coaching will be a designated onboarding week to dive into your current nutrition.
Customized Nutrition & Fitness Plan

I will create a customized nutrition & fitness plan that is designed specifically for you to achieve your goals.
Weekly Check Ins

You will have a dedicated day to complete weekly check ins where we will celebrate the wins, offer feedback, make adjustments as needed and answer any questions you may have.
Program Closeout Session

At the end of coaching, we’ll create a simple, sustainable plan to help you maintain your results and feel confident continuing on your own.
